Finding the next destination on my path as software developer was not an easy task, as there are many interesting projects and companies on the hunt for job candidates. After attending the EA Connect days to ask developers about how they feel about their work and talk with clients about how they use the product, I finally decided to sign the contract with LeanIX. Our first Customer Success Meetup took place on August 28th in our Bonn office. Christian Richter (VP Customer Success Management) shared a lot of insights on how to reduce churn, increase upsells, drive product adoption. He presented the concept behind Customer Success and how it is managed at LeanIX.
