Finding the next destination on my path as software developer was not an easy task, as there are many interesting projects and companies on the hunt for job candidates. After attending the EA Connect days to ask developers about how they feel about their work and talk with clients about how they use the product, I finally decided to sign the contract with LeanIX. In this post I would like to share my experiences from the first month of starting out.

Who are you and what do you do at LeanIX?
I am the headquarter of LeanIX and I am not only used for work, but I am also home of different meetups, table tennis tournaments, beer-after-work parties or Mario-Cart competitions.
Our first Customer Success Meetup took place on August 28th in our Bonn office. Christian Richter (VP Customer Success Management) shared a lot of insights on how to reduce churn, increase upsells, drive product adoption. He presented the concept behind Customer Success and how it is managed at LeanIX.

On August 22, 2018, we were happy to be the hosts of the regular "Bonner Microservices Meetup".
Over 40 attendees from different companies as well as from different universities joined us to listen to two interesting talks.
In this blog I want to take a closer look at the "bring your dog to the office" trend and give a little insight in why this is important to me and how Kiki and Nala became the first CHOs (Chief Happiness Officers) at LeanIX.
