Who are you and what do you do at LeanIX?

I am Enrique Trejo and just changed my role into a Customer Success Manager.

Why do you like LeanIX?

Very dynamic environment, every day there is something new to learn.

 

The best thing about your job is…?

Interact with customers, understand the issues they have and figure out how to solve them. We help our customers to work successful with LeanIX every day.

 

If you are not working, where do you hang out?

At the moment I´ am hanging out at the playground very often with my best friend (my son)

 

If you could switch jobs with someone at LeanIX for a day, who would you switch with and why?

Christian Richter (VP Customer Success) – I would like to experience the number of tasks that he is doing; from customer support to onboarding of new customers, recruiting, training people.

 

How does your ideal work day look like?

As Customer Success Manager, one needs to be very organized in order to avoid losing track of important topics. What I do to organize my day, is keeping up to date my follow up notes. Besides that I have many meetings with customers for follow up calls or on-boarding meetings.

 

Where is your favorite place at LeanIX?

The Customer Success office with my colleagues.
