Nowadays, in the corona-times, a lot of enterprises stoped their hiring. These increases the role of career offices for students and enterprises, as they offer students the possibility to get to know enterprises, and the other way round.
On March 28, 2019 seven girls joined our LeanIX Girls´ Day to learn about working in an IT company.
They had a sneak peek into different jobs such as the job of a designer, a software developer or a data scientist. Moreover they learned some basic programming skills. At the end of the day they came up with an draft of their own software application.

Naturally I’m proud of every single award that our company receives. E.g. LeanIX was ranked 10th Fastest Growing Technology Company in Germany on Deloitte’s 2018 Fast 50 List. But for me as a HR Manager, personally and professionally, it’s an even greater honor for us to be awarded as ‘Great Place to Work’ in Germany.
