I started working at LeanIX on October 3, 2018.
- Why do you like LeanIX?
I like working at LeanIX because I truly feel like I’m part of something big. I really enjoy the collaboration that exisits throughout the whole company.
- The best thing about your job is…?
Being surrounded everyday by a group of driven people that are working toward a common goal, valuing each other’s insights and ideas.
- If you are not working, where do you hang out?
I like to go to the gym and the movies when I’m not at work. I also really like going to breweries and trying new restaurants as well.
- If you could switch jobs with someone at LeanIX for a day, who would you switch with and why?
Anyone on the marketing team. This is a part of the company with which I have no work experience but a lot of personal interest. I would love to see how they make all of our excellent marketing materials come together.
- How does your ideal work day look like?
I like to get into the office early, between 7 and 7:30am. I love to start my days talking to my fellow HR team members from the Bonn office - catching up on what is going on in our worlds and gaining a ton of new knowledge from them. Throughout the day I am tackling anything that may come up, screening candidates and planning and strategizing for our growing team.
